Non Pretentious Menus:

Nouri

Have you ever sat down at a restaurant , read the menu and felt like you had no idea what you were reading , let alone ordering ?

Chef Ivan Brehm like to bridge the gap between history, art, and food with his menu - however that results in ingredients and methods that the diner just won’t comprehend without prior knowledge.

With this new menu guests are presented with Brehm’s personal poem, the 10 course menu inside - conveniently folded for easy handling at the intermission line and with a full glossary of any items on the menu that the diner can “look up”. The fold also allows diners to be able to flip the menu with one hand to said glosser. Lastly the menu is sealed with a letterpress of the Nouri signature logo.
