Covid drastically put a-lot of restaurants up against the wall and forced their hand to hand guests single use menus on 8.5x11 sheets of paper with the dreaded QR code as a means to an ends.

However with the holidays and private events on the horizon - the idea of single use, designed, and hand signed menus were born as a way to ease guests and staff back into the fold.
